This hybrid sedum is a plant I have always called ‘Autumn Joy’ its been renamed, ‘Herbstfreude’, a german word and the literal translation is ‘Autumn Joy’ but I haven’t yet been able to find out the reason for the name change or a good website explaining other plant name changes, I would love to get to grips with this area of classification. Do you know Jason, has this been covered on your course at the botanic gardens?

Actually no, but I am kind of fascinated by plant names so I would also like to find such a website.
