Predictive text is infuriating, especially when you look back and see gibberish and a change of meaning on the page. I love these delicate Narcissus too and albidus is very special.

I really like them too, I have mainly tougher types of Narcissus at home, lots of delicate looking crocus just starting to appear though.

We are fortunate that there are some great gardens with lovely Alpine houses over here. We went to Harlow Carr last year and the new Alpine house there is definitely worth a visit.
Shall remember that if I ever manage to get there! Meanwhile I can enjoy other people’s pics!

Yes, the white one is far easier for a computer to understand too. Its proper name was considerably longer with a subp. too, having been sent goggly eyed with correcting predictive text, I omitted its subp. so the white one it is! 🙂

Hi Jason, thats the first time I have used the ‘gallery’ option and having labelled each Narcissus, the words disappeared until you scroll over the picture, but clockwise they are Narcissus bulbocodium, Narcissus albidus, Narcissus romieuxii.

Yes! I found them very uplifting too, such a hopeful sight.
